The control center is designed to be easy to access. Just swipe up from the bottom of the screen and the frosted-glass effect pane will appear.But if you are playing a game that requires just such an action, it will be annoying.
Fortunately it can be turn off easily. Access Settings and select control center. Turn off Access with Apps.
